This Cancellation and Refund Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the Cancellation and refunds.

We strictly suggest you to read all the points given below carefully to understand and agree before making any bookings, reservation or purchases as the case may be.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

As you buy services from AAdi Spiritual World LLP, you are simultaneously agree to its cancellation and refund policy which ensures our quality of services and panctual treatments as per your time-slot. Please follow the below terms of the policy.

From Client’s end

Delay in start
Since Studio works on time slot reservation system so any delay from your end, whether it is late arrival at studio or extra discussion at studio, or any other reason as may be; may cause to reduce the duration of your session to let not effect on the next scheduled session. And in this case there will be no refund or adjustments at all.

No Show
If the client has booked the session for the timeslot and in any case we are unable to connect with client within 60 minutes of scheduled timeslot by the given 3 means (email, mobile and sms), Presuming client is not willing to take the session, timeslot will be cancelled and it will be charged with 100% cancellation.

Unsatisfied with Practitioners Skills
Every Practitioner has their own different skills and their psychic energy waves which may match or not match with your psychic waves, and you may feel uncomfortable and/or unsatisfied with session. Also you may be wanting to end the session before its own completion time. In that case there will be no refund or adjustments at all.

Client’s own Urgency
The client can request to stop/end the session at once due to his/her own natural/formal/critical urgency/emergency situation. In this case there will be no refund or adjustments at all.

Bad Practitioner Selection
Being a member, you are advised to select the practitioner carefully after reading their skills and experience as displayed on members panel. Once your session has been confirmed there will be no possible change of Practitioner. so in that case there will be no refund or adjustments

Rescheduling
Rescheduling of the reserved timeslot is permitted only in below conditions
Date rescheduling: Any date change or time change request can be entertained only if it has been requested at least 12 hours prior. Though the rescheduling will be confirmed only on available timeslots; and if it is for member, additionally on available Practitioners. In that case a nominal fee (Upto Rs. 10000) can be charged in account of rescheduling charges.
And in case of not available of desired time slot or date, the user/member can cancel the appointment with full refund (deducting handling charges 5% of paid amount or Rs.500 whichever is higher).

Cancellation For Delhi-Gurgaon

If the cancellation has been made 12(twelve) hour prior of the scheduled timeslot, there will be full amount (deducting handling charges 5% of paid amount or Rs.500 whichever is higher) refunded to the client to its source account or in requested mode.
If the cancellation has been made 06(six) hours prior of the scheduled timeslot, there will be 50% cancellation charges and 50%(half) amount will be refunded to the client to its source account or in requested mode.
If the cancellation has been made within 06 hours or less of the scheduled timeslot, there will be 100% cancellation charges and no amount will be refunded to the client.

Cancellation For other than Delhi-Gurgaon

If the cancellation has been made prior to airflights booking to the scheduled destination, there will be up to 50% cancellation charges and rest amount will be refunded to the client to its source account or in requested mode.
Also, If the cancellation has been made after the airflights booking to the scheduled destination, there will be 100% cancellation charges, hence No refund

Allergic and Medicative Situation

Client have to inform about their any allergic or medicative situation where we try to keep proper care for the patient, where it also can be denied to provide the treatments at the time of identification of the allergy or medicative situation. in that case too, there will be no refund or adjustments at all.

Recovery of Cancellation Charges

Adjustment from Membership Wallet Balance
Any cancellation charges will be applied to the available membership plan and will be deducted from wallet with simultaneously updating of the wallet balance.

Adjustment from advance paid amount
Any cancellation charges will be adjusted from advance paid amount and…

  • advance paid amount is greater than that applied cancellation charges, it will be refunded to the client.
  • if advance paid amount is less that applied cancellation charges, the remaining amount will be written up as pending dues to clients login account so that he will be able to book future sessions only after completion of the payment of that remaining amount.
  • if advance paid amount is equal to that applied cancellation charges, there will be no refund and no dues.

From Studio’s end

Delay in start
The client will be entitled for full 90 min without any thought of the delay in next scheduled session and/or will be paid Rs. 3000 for per complete 20 minutes as compensation for delay which will be added to the wallet available in login panel. This term will be applicable only if client has paid full treatment fee/price in advance

No Show of Practitioner
If the Practitioner has not appeared on time as the scheduled timeslot and the client had to wait unnecessarily also the client is not willing to change the Practitioner, the client will be entitled to full refund with a Rs. 3000 compensation for the situation into wallet.
